Mellow Out Studios is a small studio. We collect as little as possible, and only what helps us do good work and reply to the people who reach out. This page explains what that means in practice.

Information We Collect

Email enquiries. When you leave your email through our enquiry field, we store that address — along with the date and a simple note of where it came from — so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Device & browser information. Like most websites, our hosting may record standard technical details such as browser type, device, approximate region, and pages visited. This is used to keep the site running and secure, not to identify you personally.

Analytics data. If analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymised usage statistics to understand how the site is used. Where required, this is only done after you have given consent through our cookie notice. Analytics are off by default.

How We Use It

To reply to enquiries, to maintain and improve the site, and to keep our work secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing or newsletters.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as there is a reasonable purpose — typically the life of a conversation or project — and remove them on request. Technical logs are kept for short, routine periods.

Your Choices

You may ask us what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Reach out and we will take care of it.
